Job Summary We are seeking a caring and energetic speech therapist to help cover a maternity leave beginning in December of 2026. We are a small, pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinic in Eden Prairie. We are family-centered, caring, creative, and passionate. Duties Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for children Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech-language therapy plans aligned with patient goals and clinical best practices Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care strategies and optimal patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment progress notes, and therapy reports within electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems Participate in team meetings and collaboration Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program; valid state licensure or certification required Demonstrated expertise in speech therapy techniques for individuals with diverse disabilities and speech impairments Experience implementing speech-language therapy plans across various environments such as clinics, schools, or telehealth platforms Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for documentation purposes Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and engage collaboratively with parents or caregivers Join us in making a difference by providing compassionate, innovative speech-language services that empower children to communicate confidently.

Pay:

$47.26 - $51.05 per hour
