Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments for a caseload of ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) students (ages 3-5) Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) targeting speech, language, and communication goals Collaborate regularly with families, teachers, and other related service providers to ensure holistic student support Monitor and document progress, maintaining accurate records as required by district and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the evaluation and re-evaluation process Offer guidance and resources to families to support carryover of skills at home and in the community

Qualifications:

Valid Minnesota SLP license (required for consideration) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) Experience working within schools, particularly with the early childhood population preferred Skillful communicator with a collaborative, child-focused approach Up-to-date resume required for presentation
