Job Description

As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist, you'll collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to help children reach their fullest potential. This role places you at the heart of student empowerment, allowing you to guide progress, champion communication, and foster meaningful connections every day.
Desired Skills & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid state licensure or eligibility, ASHA CCC or CFY accepted Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged populations Solid background in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations for students ages PreK-12, interpreting assessment results and determining students' needs Develop and execute individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Collaborate regularly with classroom teachers, special educators, and parents/guardians to ensure student progress and goal setting Maintain detailed records and contribute professionally to IEP meetings Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions individually and in small-group formats Offer support, resources, and guidance to families and school staff This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a welcoming, well-resourced environment where your expertise and insights are truly valued.
