Speech and Language Pathologist Outpatient & Inpatient Setting International Falls, MN Are you a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist seeking a rewarding opportunity in a supportive, community-focused facility? Pay & Benefits:
Salary Range:
$70,000 to $105,000 annually (based on experience)
Placement Fee:
Starting from $70,000 at the lower end of the scale; vendor fees apply accordingly

Do:
Provide speech-language therapy services to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings Conduct assessments and develop customized treatment plans Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in Epic EMR system Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care Participate in team meetings, training, and continuous professional development Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding patient care and safety
What You Need:
Required:
MN SLP license ASHA Certification BLS certification (within 1 year of hire) Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
Preferred:
Experience with electronic medical records, especially Epic Strong communication and teamwork skills About the
