Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students from PreK through 12th grade as a Speech-Language Pathologist! This full-time contract position spans from ASAP through the end of May 2026, offering the chance to make a lasting difference for a diverse range of learners in a dynamic educational setting. Ideal candidates are driven to help students achieve their communication goals, whether they're seasoned SLPs holding the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or professionals looking to complete their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). The variety of age groups provides the flexibility to utilize creative interventions and build strong relationships across developmental stages.
Qualifications & Skills:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
ASHA CCC
credential or eligibility to pursue CFY under supervision Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary educational team Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school environment Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across PreK-12th grade Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed Deliver therapy sessions both one-on-one and in small group settings Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student success Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP and team meetings This contract role offers professional growth, the fulfillment of guiding students toward communication success, and the chance to be part of a collaborative educational community.
