Desired Skills & Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain) Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) in progress accepted Experience providing speech and language services to pediatric populations, particularly in school settings Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students from kindergarten through 12th grade Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals Utilize evidence-based interventions to address speech, language, and communication disorders Document progress, participate in team meetings, and communicate regularly with staff and caregivers Maintain compliance with state, federal, and district requirements This is an opportunity to foster communication skills and enrich educational experiences for students at various stages of development.
