Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact supporting students' communication growth in a collaborative educational setting. This part-time contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist interested in a school-based role that allows a balanced work schedule and focused student interaction. You'll be providing direct speech and language services for a small caseload—8 to 10 students—split across two half-day sessions each week.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license or eligibility in Minnesota Recent experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Comfortable developing and implementing IEPs for diverse student needs

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide targeted therapy services for students with communication needs Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams to support student goals Consult with families and staff regarding strategies and progress This role offers the opportunity to work just 8 hours per week, ensuring you maintain personal balance while making a difference in students' lives.
