Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred Prior experience in a school-based setting appreciated Excellent communication and organizational skills Commitment to supporting student success
Responsibilities:
Provide speech therapy services to a caseload of 8-10 students across 2 half days per week (8 hours total) Plan and implement individualized therapy sessions in compliance with IEPs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to foster student progress Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation Engage in multidisciplinary meetings as needed
