Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a meaningful contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a vibrant school setting near Minneapolis, MN. Utilize your expertise as an SLP-CCC to help young learners develop essential communication skills in both early childhood special education and elementary grades. This full-time position runs from the end of February through early June 2027, offering a consistent daytime schedule of 8am to 4pm.

Key Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP-CCC certification Experience in school-based settings preferred Strong understanding of working with ESCE and K-5 caseloads Excellent communication and documentation skills Ability to collaborate with educators and parents in a multidisciplinary team

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in ESCE (.7) and K-5 (.3) caseloads Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Monitor student progress and update documentation regularly Engage in consultation and collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations for school-based speech therapy This rewarding role is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' lives while working with a supportive and collaborative staff.
