Qualifications & Desired Skills:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state SLP license or eligibility (ASHA CCCs preferred) Demonstrated experience working with pediatric or school-age populations Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong assessment, diagnostic, and report-writing skills Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Collaborative spirit to work with multidisciplinary teams and families
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans aligned with student goals Directly provide speech and language therapy in individual and group settings Maintain accurate documentation of progress, treatment plans, and IEP compliance Consult with teachers, staff, and families regarding supports and student progress Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for service delivery Stay current with best practices and continuing education requirements
