Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children by coming on board as an Early Childhood Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year. This contract position will allow you to work closely with students ages 3-5 in a supportive, collaborative educational setting, focusing on early intervention and language development. Your expertise will help children build the foundation for lifelong communication skills. Experience the satisfaction of supporting students within a dynamic, energetic team environment. You'll work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week, ensuring a healthy work-life balance as you make a real impact. To be considered, you'll need: A valid Minnesota SLP license Experience or strong interest working with early childhood and ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) caseloads Expertise in administering assessments, developing therapy plans, and tracking student progress A current resume to present alongside your application Passion for helping young children and collaborating with families and colleagues What you'll do: Deliver speech and language services to preschool-aged children (ages 3-5) Complete screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring Participate in team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for effective support Document all services and progress according to district and state standards Serve as a resource for colleagues on communication development This role, based in a supportive district environment, offers the chance to touch young lives at a critical stage in their development.
