This full-time, onsite position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, with services beginning August 25, 2026, as students return after September 8. You'll be working 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, offering exceptional care to students and collaborating with educational staff to promote communication success.

Preferred Background and Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Minnesota SLP license (must provide PDF copy with your application) Open to Clinical Fellows (CFs) eager to start their professional journey School-based experience is highly valued, but not required Effective interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Your Primary Responsibilities:

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing disorders Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress Provide direct therapy and classroom-based interventions Maintain accurate records and contribute to regular progress monitoring Advocate for students needs and participate in IEP meetings
