Job Description

Step into a rewarding opportunity as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist, working full-time with students in a supportive educational setting. This contract position, scheduled to begin in late August 2026, invites both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) to contribute their expertise and passion for helping young learners communicate and thrive. You'll enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, totaling 37.5 hours weekly, and collaborate with a dedicated team to make a lasting difference in students' lives.
Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current Minnesota SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)attach PDF license with application Open to recent graduates/Clinical Fellows (CFs) ready to begin their professional journey Background in school-based services and knowledge of IEP process preferred Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to a diverse student caseload Develop, implement, and monitor individualized educational plans (IEPs) in compliance with district policies Conduct assessments, evaluations, and maintain accurate records Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Participate in professional development and contribute to school culture Offer expertise in speech-language interventions, screenings, and consultations This contract offers the chance to build your professional skills while positively impacting the school community.
