This contract position is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a flexible schedule, with both part-time (.5) and three-quarter time (.75) opportunities available. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota or eligibility to obtain it. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads strongly preferred. Comfort collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team to address students needs. Strong communication, organization, and flexibility in adapting to individual learning profiles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders. Design individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress. Deliver direct and consultative speech-language pathology services in compliance with school policies and regulations. Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes. Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and required records.
