Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assessment & Evaluation:
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students referred by staff or parents.Therapy & Intervention:
Provide direct therapy in individual or group settings, tailored to students' needs.IEP Collaboration:
Develop and implement IEPs, setting goals to support student communication development.Consultation:
Advise teachers and parents on strategies to support communication in the classroom and at home.Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of assessments, therapy sessions, and progress.Professional Development:
Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing training. Meet and maintain state andASHA CEU
requirements.Qualifications:
Education :
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. District would consider strong CFY (clinical fellowship year) candidates.Certification :
Valid state license and CCC-SLP preferred.Experience :
Experience working with children, preferably in schools.Skills :
Strong communication and organizational skills, knowledge of speech-language disorders, and ability to work collaboratively.Similar remote jobs
