Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid SLP license (CCC-SLP certification preferred) Previous experience working in a school or educational environment Strong ability to conduct comprehensive speech/language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families Experience supporting diverse student needs from mild to moderate speech/language disorders

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students according to IEPs Conduct screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations as needed Develop, implement, and monitor student progress toward communication goals Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning Offer resources and support to teachers and families to foster optimal student outcomes
