Qualifications:

Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathology license required Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), as applicable Passion for working with elementary-aged students Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Role Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to an elementary school caseload of approximately 25-30 students Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student goals and interventions Utilize evidence-based practices to create engaging, effective therapy sessions
