May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a welcoming school district in Richland, Missouri for the 2026-2027 school year . This is an excellent opportunity to work with a manageable elementary caseload in a supportive environment. Job Details:
Full-Time 2026-2027 school year Elementary school caseload Approximately 25-30 students Single school location Dedicated therapy office and laptop provided Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome with district-provided supervision Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance Pay rate: $45-50/ hour
Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field Active Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply and will receive supervision from the school to complete their fellowship requirements Previous school-based experience is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
