e2036-65807 Job Description Make a meaningful impact supporting students across grades K12 as a Speech-Language Pathologist for the upcoming 20262027 school year. This contract opportunity is based near Springfield, MO, and welcomes both travel and local professionals passionate about pediatric speech therapy. Caseloads are thoughtfully assigned according to your experience and preferences, spanning a diverse range of needs from moderate to profound.
Ideal candidates will possess:
Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants considered Prior experience with pediatric populations in schools, especially early childhood or elementary settings Comfort and adaptability working with a range of student needs Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators and families Dedication to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment for all learners Key responsibilities include: Conducting assessments, evaluations, and developing individualized treatment plans for students Delivering direct therapy services across in-person settings for K12 students Collaborating with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Documenting services and monitoring student outcomes to ensure compliance with IEP goals Providing support, resources, and consultation to staff around best practices in communication disorders Enjoy the flexibility of a contract position while benefiting from a highly competitive compensation package, with hourly earnings between $40 and $60, paid weekly.
