We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility team. The ideal candidate will evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide speech, language, cognitive, and dysphagia therapy Document evaluations, treatments, and progress accurately Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and rehabilitation staff Educate residents and families on therapy goals and recommendations

Qualifications:

Active Speech-Language Pathologist license Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred SNF experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
