Grade Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking two qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join supportive school teams for the 20262027 school year. These full-time, onsite positions offer 37.5 hours per week and provide multiple placement options serving students across grades K12. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for students in grades K12 Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Serve students at an assigned school site based on district needs and placement options Perform all duties expected of a school-based

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

Active state Speech-Language Pathologist license/certification required Previous school-based experience preferred Experience working with students across multiple grade levels preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
