About this opening:

The Aligned Leader is recruiting on behalf of an owner-led pediatric clinic in Picayune, MS and Slidell, LA. PT, OT, and speech work under one roof, and the clinic is filling two pediatric SLP seats. At a glance Location and setting: Outpatient pediatrics, in person. Picayune, MS (full-time) or Slidell, LA (part-time or flexible, full-time open for the right person).

Pay:

W2 hourly, $32 to $45 an hour. Paid whether a patient shows or not.

Bonus:

$50, $100, or $150 a week at three production tiers. Up to about $7,200 a year.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 30 to 40 hours a week. Fridays are half days.

Caseload:

About 11 kids a day. 60-minute evals, 30-minute sessions.

Team:

Three SLPs in Picayune, one in Slidell. Two seasoned SLPs ready to mentor you.

Growth:

A 6-month leadership development program, then promotion into leadership roles as the clinic grows.

Licensing:

Licensed in another state? The clinic helps you get licensed and will wait for it. What it's like there The clinic is intentional about investing in its people. Clinicians there feel supported, seen, and heard, and like the work they do matters. The only great clinicians it loses are the ones whose lives take them somewhere else, like a move or a career change. You won't be thrown in. SOPs are already built, and two seasoned SLPs are ready to mentor you from week one. The clinic is adding services over the next 6 to 12 months and wants the SLPs it develops now to help lead that growth.
