What We're Looking For:

Active participation in or eligibility for your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Ability to secure or hold a Mississippi SLP license Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to fostering student growth and supporting individualized education programs (IEPs) Enthusiasm for working in a school-based setting

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy services to students with speech, language, and communication needs Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Conduct assessments and help develop tailored treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district guidelines Receive direct supervision and mentorship to fulfill CFY requirements
