Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid Montana SLP license (or willingness to obtain) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred Prior experience in a school-based setting is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, flexible, and eager to collaborate with educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy services to K-12 students Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Conduct assessments and collaborate on student progress reports Consult with teachers, families, and staff to support student success Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
