Desired Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates State licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in North Carolina Experience providing SLP services in schools, pediatric settings, or healthcare environments Proficiency with virtual therapy tools and teletherapy delivery (preferred but not required) Compassionate communicator, collaborative, and committed to student progress

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify students' speech, language, and communication needs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals Provide both direct and virtual therapy sessions to meet diverse student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress, maintain student records, and contribute to IEP meetings Offer support and training to educational staff on communication strategies Stay current with evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology
