Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Pediatrics and/or previous experience working with early childhood and elementary school-aged students preferred Comfortable serving K12 populations with varying levels of need Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities Ability to tailor intervention strategies to diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students on assigned caseload Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Collaborate with faculty, families, and other school professionals to support student progress Document student performance and maintain compliance with all state and federal guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary teams Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment for all students
