Job Description

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity working with students as a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with CCC! This on-site role will serve school-aged children in a vibrant educational setting near Greensboro, NC, from now through late May 2026. Full-time hours (37.5 per week, 7.5 per day) ensure a consistent schedule as you make a meaningful impact every day. In this position, you will partner with a dedicated educational team and play a pivotal role fostering student success across one or more district schools. The caseload and student ages will be assigned based on district needs, offering the opportunity to flex your clinical skills and creativity.
Qualifications & Experience:
Active SLP license in North Carolina and required educator certifications Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Experience in school settings preferred, but all levels of experience welcome Strong communication and documentation skills Passion for collaboration with educators, families, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, communication, or swallowing challenges Deliver evidence-based therapy services in accordance with IEP goals Engage with teachers, administrators, and families for the holistic support of each student Maintain detailed records and compliance with state and district requirements Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary team environment
