Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Bring your passion for supporting student communication skills to a fulfilling contract position serving diverse learners from elementary through high school. In this dynamic role, you'll provide direct speech-language services in a school setting, working one-on-one with students to help them achieve their fullest potential. Collaborate with teachers and family members, contribute to IEP teams, and make a positive impact every day. We're looking for a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist committed to student growth and inclusion. If you thrive in educational environments and enjoy working across grade levels, you'll find this role both rewarding and inspiring.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Current state SLP license and certification required
  • Experience working in elementary, middle, and high school settings
  • Familiarity with individualized and group therapy for students with a range of communication needs
  • Comfortable delivering 1:1 services tailored to individual goals
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with IEP processes and documentation
  • Passion for fostering inclusive learning environments
Responsibilities:
  • Provide speech-language therapy to students across K-12 campuses
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
  • Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, support staff, and families
