Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a fulfilling opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist focused on making a meaningful difference in children's lives during the 2026-2027 school year. This contract position spans August 10, 2026, through May 28, 2027, providing full-time, weekday hours for those who thrive in a consistent, supportive environment. You'll work within an elementary school setting, guiding approximately 43 students toward improved communication and greater confidence. Your expertise will shine as you design and implement individualized therapy plans, collaborate with educators and families, and monitor student progress through the school year. Candidates who bring a genuine passion for pediatric care and experience within educational settings will excel in this role.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)

Preferred:

Active North Carolina State SLP license (strongly encouraged for this role) Background working with pediatric and school-based populations Understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and compliance with special education regulations Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
