Qualifications:
Valid SLP-CCC certification required Strong preference for professionals holding an active North Carolina SLP license Schools-based SLP experience highly desired Ability to effectively manage a 43-student caseload Superior communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Deliver evaluations, therapy, and progress monitoring for students with speech/language needs Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Develop and implement IEPs and participate in IEP meetings Maintain up-to-date documentation and caseload management Advocate for student success through evidence-based practices
