e3774-27856 Job Description Step into a full-time, on-site opportunity supporting students communication growth in a welcoming school environment near Nashville, NC. Engage directly in meaningful, individualized work as you provide dedicated 1:1 speech-language therapy, ensuring positive outcomes for your students. This contract position is open to experienced practitioners as well as travel professionals interested in making a difference.
What were looking for:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current North Carolina State licensure to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or interest in 1:1 student support within a school setting Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexibility to adapt to school schedules and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Open to out-of-area, travel candidates ready for an engaging assignment Key responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized intervention plans Provide direct 1:1 therapy to students, focusing on speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with state and district standards Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary goals Regularly monitor and report on student progress to all stakeholders Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package tailored to support your professional journey, including health and dental insurance, a company-matched 401(k), and competitive weekly pay.
