Confidential Job Summary A school‑based Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support K-12 students across multiple locations within Wake County, NC. This is an on‑site role providing evaluations, direct therapy, and IEP participation. Specific school assignments will be determined after onboarding. This posting allows candidates to self‑identify their pay category (Local W2, Travel W2, or 1099). Compensation is determined by distance from assignment and employment type. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations using standardized tools Develop and implement treatment plans aligned with IEP goals Provide direct therapy across articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication Collaborate with teachers, EC teams, and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Support consistent service delivery across assigned schools Qualifications Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology Active North Carolina SLP license
ASHA CCC
‑SLP preferred (CFs may be considered) Experience with pediatric or school‑based populations preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills Compensation Structure1. Local W2 (within 50 miles) $55/hr 37.5 hours/week Weekly pay 2.
