Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid SLP license (or eligibility) for the state of North Carolina Will consider Clinical Fellows (CFs) as well as seasoned SLPs and travelers seeking a rewarding assignment Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Commitment to onsite service delivery (no virtual options available)

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Provide direct speech-language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulations Engage in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing communication with stakeholders Contribute to a positive school atmosphere through inclusive practices and advocacy for student success
