With 37.5 hours of work per week and two open positions for SLP-CCC or CFY professionals, you'll discover an engaging and rewarding caseload of approximately 45-50 students. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) status required Prior experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare settings strongly preferred Comfort with teletherapy platforms as well as traditional in-person delivery Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student goals and needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams for optimal student progress Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting approaches to individual caseloads Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing program development Imagine furthering your career near beautiful coastal communities, gaining valuable school-based and teletherapy experience, and helping children realize their communication potential.
