What Youll Do:
Deliver comprehensive speech and language services to elementary students, addressing diverse needs Handle a manageable caseload with opportunities to work with both articulation and language support, as well as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices Conduct student assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and actively participate in IEP meetings Dedicate administrative time to documentation, lesson planning, and collaborative team meetings Engage with students and education teams using the latest resources, including teletherapy if needed
Preferred Background:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Active or pending North Carolina SLP State License ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads highly valued Comfort working both onsite and via teletherapy platforms Successful completion of standard credentialing, background checks, and fingerprinting prior to start
