Key Qualifications:
Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, School credential, or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship [CF]) Open to SLPAs, SLP-Cs, and fully credentialed professionals Experience in a school-based setting preferred (elementary level) Strong communication and collaboration skills Flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads or assignments
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, effective therapy services to elementary students onsite Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement intervention plans Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student outcomes Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
