Job Description

In this elementary school-based role, youll work on-site (with flexibility for hybrid arrangements) to support students communication needs. The exact caseload and location will be determined collaboratively. The team welcomes both experienced SLPs (CCC), SLP-Clinical Fellows, and SLPAs, making this an inclusive environment for different experience levels.
Qualifications:
Hold (or be eligible for) appropriate SLP credentials (CCC, CF, or SLPA licensure). Experience or strong interest in elementary settings preferred. Willingness to adapt to new environments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech/language, communication, and swallowing disorders for elementary-aged students. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress. Maintain accurate records, evaluations, and progress notes. Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and staff development as needed.
