9603078-27589 Job Description Advance your career supporting K-12 students as a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in a school-based setting near Warrenton, NC. Bring your expertise to a collaborative educational environment, working closely with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to help students reach their communication goals.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid North Carolina SLP license, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous school-based experience with K-12 students preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Ability to create engaging therapy plans and adapt to diverse student needs
Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for students across grade levels Develop and implement IEP goals in accordance with state and federal guidelines Conduct assessments and provide therapy individually or in groups Maintain detailed records and documentation to monitor student progress Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary team discussions Provide consultation and resources for teachers and families to support student success in the classroom Perks of this opportunity include a supportive school community, the chance to make a real impact in students academic and social development, and the experience of working with a diverse caseload.
