Responsibilities include:

Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations Assess speech, language, articulation, voice, fluency, feeding, and swallowing skills Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's goals Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed Educate and coach parents and caregivers to support carryover at home Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other members of the care team Maintain timely and accurate documentation, evaluations, progress notes, and treatment records Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and team meetings Maintain HIPAA compliance and a safe, child-centered therapy environment Perform additional duties that support quality patient care What You'll Bring Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Speech-Language Pathologist license (or eligibility for licensure) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Pediatric experience preferred, but new graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes Physical Requirements This position requires medium physical work, including the ability to: Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds Frequently lift or move up to 30 pounds Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds About Pediatric Partners For more than 50 years, Pediatric Partners has provided compassionate, high-quality pediatric therapy services to children and families throughout the region.
