Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP Prior experience supporting pediatric populations, especially in educational settings Familiarity with conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and providing targeted therapy Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs What youll do: Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to support student success Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal and state guidelines Monitor progress, adjust goals as needed, and document all services provided Offer resources and training to staff and caregivers when needed Advocate for students by participating in multidisciplinary meetings and contributing to a supportive, inclusive school culture Pursue an engaging and rewarding contract role that allows you to make a real difference in the lives of students.
