Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract We are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a K-12 school district near Omaha, Nebraska. This school-based SLP position supports students with a wide range of speech, language, and social communication needs, including autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This is a full-time role for the full school year (August-May). Supervision is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for Clinical Fellows (CFs) as well as experienced SLPs seeking a stable school setting. Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations for K-12 students Provide direct speech therapy services in individual and group settings Support students with autism, articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs Develop, implement, and track IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families Participate in IEP meetings and complete required documentation Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed Required Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible for or holding Nebraska SLP licensure Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) welcome - supervision provided School-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and collaboration skills
