Key Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Comfortable and experienced working with pediatric populations, especially across K12 settings Demonstrated expertise in early childhood and elementary school speech services Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress Provide therapy services tailored to each students unique needs and goals Maintain accurate records and prepare required reports Consult with educators and families to optimize student outcomes Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school activities
