Job Description

Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support an elementary school caseload during the 2026-2027 academic year. This position runs from September 1 to June 15, offering 32 hours across four days per week, with working hours from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. This role is based in Derry, NH, providing a chance to contribute to the communication development and educational success of young students.
Responsibilities:
Conduct speech and language assessments and therapy for an elementary caseload Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with state and school regulations Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current New Hampshire state license for Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings Knowledge of speech and language evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring
