An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in a school-based setting near New London, NH. Key Qualifications:
Active New Hampshire SLP licensure (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience delivering speech services within a school environment Demonstrated background providing interventions for students with selective mutism Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Provide expert speech-language assessment and therapy for up to three students with specific needs, primarily focusing on selective mutism Maintain a consistent presence for one, 8-hour day per week, ensuring continuity of care and collaboration Complete thorough and timely documentation, including treatment notes and progress summaries Participate in meetings and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language services This contract role offers approximately six service hours per week, complemented by administrative and collaboration duties, all within a manageable one-day work schedule.
