Key Qualifications:

Active New Hampshire Speech-Language Pathology license required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred Demonstrated experience supporting students with selective mutism Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and implementing evidence-based interventions for school-aged children Ability to complete administrative documentation and actively participate in school or multidisciplinary team meetings Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with staff and families

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to a caseload of three students, approximately 6 hours of direct service and additional time for documentation and meetings Assess, plan, and implement personalized therapy aligned with IEP goals, focusing on selective mutism and other communication challenges Maintain accurate and timely records, progress reports, and required compliance documentation Participate in and contribute to team meetings, collaborating with educators, administrators, and parents to support student success Provide recommendations and training to staff when needed The role involves working one 8-hour day per week, offering a professional balance and the ability to make a significant difference for students.
