Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)Position SummaryWe are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The SLP will develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication, swallowing safety, and functional independence.
Responsibilities Conduct speech, language, communication, and swallowing evaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and goals. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Provide swallowing and feeding therapy when appropriate. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies. Recommend communication strategies and assistive devices as needed. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Follow patient safety, infection control, and professional standards.
Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Current state SLP license. ASHA certification or eligibility as applicable. Previous clinical experience preferred. Strong assessment, communication, and clinical reasoning skills. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
