Qualifications & Experience:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Active SLP licensure in New Jersey Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Background in pediatric care and experience in educational environments preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth Maintain accurate records aligned with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school events as needed
