We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our senior living community in Whiting, NJ.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting hearing and speech/language examinations and evaluating test results Diagnosing speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing impairments Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Educating patients and families on communication strategies Documenting progress and maintaining client records Participating in team meetings and planning educational or intervention strategies Instructing clients in communication techniques such as sign language or lip reading

Requirements:

Graduate of an accredited therapy program 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent Valid NJ Speech Therapist license Benefits include 401(k) with company match, voluntary benefits, referral bonuses, and more.

Pay range:

$58-$60/hr.
