Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active Speech-Language Pathology license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat disorders of speech, language, voice, and fluency Commitment to cultivating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech-language therapy to Kindergarten through 5th-grade students Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Consult with teaching staff and families to support student progress and generalization of skills Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development as needed Adapt therapy materials and techniques to meet diverse learning needs This role offers the unique opportunity to focus your efforts at a single location with a consistent age group and schedule, allowing you to build rapport with both students and staff throughout the school year.
