Morganville, NJ - In person The Speech Tree is an established pediatric therapy center that has been serving children and families in the Morganville area since 2009 . Over the past 15+ years, we have built a strong reputation in the community for providing high-quality, individualized therapy and maintaining long-standing relationships with the families and professionals we work with. We are currently seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our clinical team. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered. Our practice works with children with a wide range of speech, language, communication, feeding, and developmental needs. We are looking for a clinician who enjoys working with children, values collaboration, and is interested in joining an established pediatric practice. Availability for after-school and/or weekend hours is required. We are also hiring for a full time position in the Matawan Aberdeen School District for the 2026-2027 school year. Responsibilities Provide speech and language evaluations and therapy to pediatric clients Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Complete documentation and progress reports Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals involved in the child's care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current or eligible for New Jersey SLP licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Pediatric experience required. Experience with autism, apraxia, receptive and expressive language disorders, and other developmental communication disorders Experience with Feeding therapy preferred but not required Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits Full-time or part-time positions available Paid paperwork/documentation time Health benefits 401(k) CEU allowance Established pediatric caseload Collaborative clinical environment About The Speech Tree The Speech Tree is a pediatric private practice located in Morganville, NJ, providing speech, language, feeding, and ABA services to children with a variety of developmental needs.
